12K Gaming CPU for the Budget Gamer

PROCESSOR: current procie nga igo sa budget
MOTHERBOARD: microATX w/ 1 IDE slot
MEMORY: @least 4G
HARDDISK: @least 500G
VIDEO CARD: igo sa budget nga makaplay most recent games
CASING: dapat minitower unya nasa ubos ang psu slot
PSU: modular

Sorry i have to be blunt. With your budget, you can only be realistic and tone down your requirements. Ill run you through estimated prices:

Proc: 1.7k
Mobo: ~4k (minimum of H77 with IDE)
Mem: 1.2k
Hdd: 2k
VC: 2.6k
Casing: ~2k
Psu: ~3.5k (modular)
Total: 17k

I repeat- Be realistic. If you need to work on a 12k budget, the best components compromises have been chosen for you..
For the shops, mahulog na nga referral. Bawal na diri. Pag-canvass na lang..

lisod gyud mangita'g mobo for LGA1155 na naa'y PATA/IDE header... naa'y mga mobo models na nag carry ani like the Fatality Z77 Pro but, mahal2x na...

pwede ra man ka palit ug add-in card for SATA/PATA para to satisfy your need on an IDE header... barato lang man ni sya... naa'y PCIe and PCI form factor ani nila...

So ga-plano ko mag build ug PC pang gaming ra jud (well, a little MS Applications pero wala ju'y photo and video rendering)

Ako budget is 60k or less. (thanks to XE for converting)

CPU: i7-3770k (will downgrade to i5-3570k or bump to i7-4770k depende sa suggestion)
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212+, or EVO
Motherboard: a Z77 motherboard
RAM: 8 gbs (1600, 1.5v)
Graphics: Radeon HD 7970 -OR- GeForce GTX 770 (I always like Nvidia green pero naay promo games and Radeon nga mga nindot)
Power Supply: 600W (80 plus bronze)
SSD: Samsung 120gb performance SSD
Hard Drive: 1TB (ug naay sale I'll shoot for 3TB)
DVD Drive: Cheap DVD Burner
Case: CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer


Any suggestions? Upgrade? or Downgrade? Basin too much rapd gd ni sa Gaming.

1.) Ingon sila no use ra daw ang i7 for gaming? kay dili mugamit ug more than 4 cores ang most games? or 4770k lang ako kuhaon daan para future proof ko?
2.) Kung mu-downgrade ko's GTX 770 to GTX 670, makita rabang diperensya?
3.) Nag-SSD rako para dali ra mag load ako games ug OS. Pero if mulikoy gani ako budger, mao na una nakong tangtangon.
4.) I prefer to receive suggestions without price lang unya kamo la'y magcompare basi sa price vs performance kay naa man gud ko's gawas so dili ko karelate sa presyo dha.


So far, kana nga build akong gi-target unya ang akong estimate is mga 35-45k ang akong magasto. (without OS and taxes)

^ for the GPU, wla ka'y makita na fps difference during actual game play between a GTX 770 and a GTX 670... kusog na sila'ng duha... makita ra nimo ang difference nila inig mag benchmark ka... i'm a user of a GTX 670 SLI (reference cards pero, akoang gi manual OC)... akoang gi test on single and dual using Crysis 3... GPU hog man ni na game... my CPU is only a i3-2120... during actual game play, dili ra ko maka bantay sa fps difference nila... but sa benchmark, dagko kaayo ang difference sa values nila...

if your buidget is not a concern, go for the GTX 770... it is much faster and cheaper on the "performance to price ratio" compared to the GTX 670...

2.) Kung mu-downgrade ko's GTX 770 to GTX 670, makita rabang diperensya? 770 to 670 is not a downgrade IMO.
3.) Nag-SSD rako para dali ra mag load ako games ug OS. Pero if mulikoy gani ako budger, mao na una nakong tangtangon. If mulikoy imo budget, go for an i5 and the cheaper gpu from the choices
