na try na nku ug reinstall ang itunes nga software, usahay mo detect usahay dili

try in another computer. maybe its the computer itself that cant detect the ipod. but have you ever successfully connected it once before?

ah suway nko ana.. re install imong OS.mao na akong gibuhat ato..pero karon mka detect na akong pc or sa loptop sa akong ipod maski walay itunes..
