Naa ba moy routine similar ani niya? Gusto ra nq mag workout 3x a week. (Weight Gain)

mao ni akong program ron boss ... june ko nag sugod...
workout a:
bench squat (5x5)
overhead shoulder press (5x5)
deadlift (1x5)
workout b
bench squat (5x5)
bench press (5x5)
barbell row (5x5)
e alternate nmo ang workout every other day... tths pwede ka cardio and abs but pwede rapod pahuway...sunday rest
Sir mangayo ko ug advice regarding sa ako weight loss regimen. I don't go to the gym pero I ride a bike to work. I live at Marijoy village and work at IT Park. It's roughly a 5 - 6 km bike ride and about 20 -30 minutes travel time including traffic. Sometimes I take V. Rama ave. to Capitol for the extra exercise kay uphill. My diet is my problem kay I don't know what to eat. I tried eating only fish and veggies pero "mahilis" raman gud siya dayun. Maka-feel ra dayon ko ug gutom and thus mukaon napud ko balik kay I can't think when I'm hungry
Unsa imo ma-recommend ani sir? Unsa ako dapat kaunon na healthy at the same time maka-hatag nako ug busog na feel? Is my workout ok or do I have to take a longer route to work para daghan2x ako ma-burn na calories? Naa mu-recommend nako mu-inom daw ug protein shake or kato sa herbalife na shake kay makapawala daw sa gutom na feel. Di ko gusto mu-palit kay gasto na kaayo and I prefer to loose weight naturally ang through excercise.![]()

Weight loss is about being mentally tough. Just because you're hungry doesn't mean you have to feed yourself. Sometimes you just have to sacrifice to achieve your goals. Most likely psychological rana imong hunger. Train yourself to resist temptations.
If d jud makaya ang hunger, then eat more veggies. Veggies are very low in calories and very satisfying(dali maka busog). Sakto nana imong 5-6km bike ride. Ang kaon rajud imong problema. It's very easy to overeat, so just train yourself to say NO when you're hungry. I'm not saying you should starve yourself. You should still be eating a lot of calories, just make sure at the end of the day you're burning more than your body needs.
Now the question is, are you willing to sacrifice for what you will become?![]()
I did Stronglifts for 6 months. I made incredible strength gains during that time. 3x a week is enough. Don't do too much nga mu interfere sa imo recovery. Naay maabot point ana nga every rep is brutal.
I switched to Wendler's 5/3/1 + Crossfit kay I noticed my conditioning lagging sa Stronglifts. But Stronglift gave me a good strength base jud.![]()
