Completed 12 weeks of Stronglifts.
Gains so far:
Squat - 45 lbs -> 215lbs
Deadlift - 95lbs -> 255lbs
OHP - 45lbs -> 105lbs
Bench - 45lbs -> 155lbs
Will try to change my routine to Wendler's 5/3/1 program with some metcon(crossfit style workouts) since I noticed a drop sa ako conditioning.

They treat everyone the same. Like they're the same exact person. Perform one exercise, rest 30 seconds, form gets shit due to fatigue=productive? I don't think so. You don't have to be a rocket scientist. 2nd, if busy kaayo ang gym, nya hapit na 1 hour, di nalang nimo tiwason imong workout? To grow, you need stimulus, rest, and nutrition. You don't have to follow this 1 hour rule absolutely. Working out longer would not hurt your "gains". It's a good workout time to target, but it doesn't have to be forced. You work your way toward that workout capacity.
And no, i'm not a "totoy brown" expert. This is all from working out for thousands of hours, being a student of physical therapy, and having thousands of hours conversing with professional strength trainers, bodybuilders, olympic lifters.
Don't read too much and do so little. Paralysis by analysis.
