    i think dili pud sala sa Ticketer sa parking. kay iya manang trabaho..
    Dili pud ta mag expect ug Customer Service nga nindot kay dili pata ana ka refined sa Pilipinas ug employee traning.
    dili man pud ana kadako ilang sueldo siguro para maghunahuna ug customer satisfaction. hehe.

    Sabton lng nato sila. nya raise it to the manager para ma actionan.

    Pero its true ang point ni TS nga kulang gyud ug customer service ang JY, dili lng JY, uban pang dept stores.

    Hangtod karon wakoy nkit-an improvement sa JY. Naa pay mga guard, tan-aw nilas ilang mga customer kawatan. Most of them walay courtesy.

    Ako if di ko maganahan sa service, di man ko mo complain, pero di na jud ko mubalik ug palit sa ilaha.

    In my opinion noh,

    1st
    kung ni adto ka ug JY kay duol, then wala jud ngadto imong tuyo, maypag wa nalang gipugos ug palit ngadto, maypa ni balhin nalang ka sa groceryhan (like ayala, fooda, sm) na for sure naa jud ang imong gipangita.

    2nd
    mostly sa mga groceries/stores kay di jud mu allow ug food and drinks, mas maayo mangutana ka daan sa guard inig sulod if pwede ba

    3rd
    kung imo gipugos ug palit ngadto para sa parking, ngano wa man sad ka nangutana daan kung pila kelangan para ma free

    4th
    maybe by the book lang jud ang customer service and he/she was just doing his/her job. naa juy tao ingon ana na.
    its either mu follow jud sa ilang rules/policy kay hadlok ma fired
    OR because bati lang jud ilang batasan

    Lastly
    so in the first place, kung wala nalang jud ta nimo gi pugos ngadto, 15 pesos ra unta nya dili sad ta ka ma stress ug grabi na imo jud gi post diri sa istorya

    @TS money is money. ug e consider nila imu 283.75 nga receipt, kinsa nlng may mu shoulder sa 15 nimo nga parking? ang guard? ang cashier? sabti nlng. they're paid to do their job. no eating inside the grocery store is normal.

    you just had a bad day. (didn't find what you need, wasted time)
    that's all on you, not the mall..

    ang kanang "grocery items only" kay medyo uptight rapud sila ani..

    Its called bending the rules. If you work in CS you'll encounter these kinds of concerns even though your just doing your job. So its right to point that out.

    If you can buy groceries without the need of a car, then you can do it. Tag-kinse ra ang fee di man sad ingon ana ka stress i-bayad. Niya klarohon lang sad nga ang Dunkin kai wala gapanag-iya sa parking lot. Ang JY mismo, niya sa JY kasagaran ilang goods. Di man sad nila magamit ang rason nga Dunkin garenta.
