TS, bullying in the workplace still exists. I thought it will stop when you enter college pero wala ko ga-expect na sa trabahoan naa diay gihapon ni. If madala pa nimo --agwantaha lang usa--(maturity state) if dili na madala sa maturity...mag supersayan na gyud ka ana. let the rage begin...joke....i-ignore nalang na uy. bacin na-insecure na sa imo nya ang bullying mao ra iya defense mech towards nimo.

Feel good about you.
Stand up for yourself. Pretend to feel really brave and confident. Tell the bully "No! Stop it!" in a loud voice. Then walk away, or run if you have to.
Don't bully back.
Don't show your feelings.
