last june 7 a pldt telemarketer called us to offer the telpad plan. i gave her all my information and was told that i would receive a call for the delivery of the telpad unit. Mahuman nalang ang june wala jud tawag then when i called up 171 i was told that no order/request was made under my account.. i have to reapply again over the phone this would be the 2nd time that i sign up for a pldt promo with a telemarketer nga palpak. my 1st one was for a application for dsl took 45 days to receive the wireless modem and wala pa jud mogana.. call it irony that the phils is supposed to be top rank in call center industry however we have to deal with crappy service..

that's actually because businesses, especially telcos are partly owned by politicians. They have a great monopoly. Also, call centers do tend to setup their own networks or request business lines..

As for ordinary citizens.. we just have to take all the BS..

Gi upgrade na diay sa PLDT ang 990? mag 5 years nako gi himo naman ug 1MB imbis 384kbps~512 kbps raman tawn ni sauna.

Sa akoa sir mga 3 months na nga 3 mbps ang plan 990 nako. Natingala pud ko.

Ang 990 dugay na kaayo na nga plan, Phone + myDSL na sya, while ang katong watchpad tag 1,850 man siguro to.

Sige panawag ang agent sa amo kay pa upgrade kunog ug with Watchpad, pero wala ko mo sugot kay naa naman mi mga gadgets useless naman ang watchpad.

Regular phone lang ni sya with modem katong ZyXel. Dapat 384 kbps lang ni sya. Pero bigla lang 3 Mbps na karon.
