i pass all their exams, the people there told me i will be called for the final interview. 2 weeks has passed i heard nothing from them,. i tried to follow up my application. the guy told me my application is pending for the upcoming account?? have anyone experience this?? for those people who applied?

I'm done with my final interview (IT Admin position) and I was told to wait for the result . It's been 3 weeks. I texted HR and there is no update yet for my application and they advised me to keep my line open and expect a call. Until when should I wait?
