I agree to some extent. Naa jud mga agents nga hilason. But not all man, so why in the world would they look down on us who have paid and raised the Philippine economy more than any jobs available in this country? Besides, daghan jud kaayo mga agents nga degree holders. At least man lang, we are not that dumb to stay in the streets and awaits that our profession calls us for a job, we've managed to find an alternative while still hoping to be working with our desired profession at the right time.

its true the economy owes a lot to BPOs for the investments and employment that they bring. But that's not all there is to it. There are always tradeoffs. What are these? It's the culture that BPO agents or those working in it have created. Basically, they created it themselves. Yes these guys love to have fun because the job is stressful. But there is a thing called ' in moderation'. The culture of drinking, partying, lavish spending, one-nighters, etc. It's the very reason why I left the industry. Yes I took a dip income wise when I left back in 2004 but nothing lost was not possible to regain again (even more)Guy's its bad to discriminate but not all fault lies with only one party. If you want this negative pre conceived notion about call centers, then, let's start seeing some changes too!
