lol if they switched places, Superman would probably stop the Chitauri threat in the blink of an eye. the Avengers otoh will fail against Zod and the Kryptonians and the World Engine. Man of Steel is on a higher level of power than the Avengers/MCU.

Loki would have taken control of Superman....and then Batman would have saved the day...as always
