For male, - rank n file - most companies wud prefer single as his responsibilities wud b focused to his work
Male - officer - married for the reason of maturity

For female - rank n file - single with reason same as above. I personally wud prefer without bf... One of my staff before got pregnant by her bf n they chose not to get married.. Had to make a judgement call if i retain her or not... Plus on absence during her maternity leave took its toll...
And i wud never hire if about to get married... Maternity nsad...
Female - officer - depends on her qualifications...
