Is this guy for real?? How do you make AIDS illegal?!

AIDs isn't just a sexually transmitted disease. You can acquire it without the act of *** and can even be born with it too. It's a disease "Migz", not a crime! Maybe you should focus on promoting safe *** rather than humiliating yourself. It's just like saying if you got cancer, we got a jail cell waiting for you and not a hospital bed. Or are you planning to put sick people in jail coz the government can't provide great health care for the poor?
