i disagree. LeBron can never be a good leader, we all saw it during his Cavalier years. The leader for Heat has always been Wade. James shouldn't forget that this is not Tennis, it's a basketball game, he has four team mates on court.

Whether you like it or not, this is LeBron's team. Wade and Haslem are just co-captains on paper, but on the court, obviously you see LeBron out there leading the team.

i guess people here is confused between the difference of a leader and a ball-hog

best example of a leader and a captain is Michael JORDAN. He lifts up the spirits of his team mates by giving them his trust, by sharing the load with them and making them feel that they too are important to the team and that IT'S A TEAM SPORT.
