    lami bro. labi nato ang syntha 6. mao na pinakalami na protein shake. taas2x lang sya og fat content gamay.

    TS sakay lang pud ko sa imo thread. Ask unta ko if naa ba protein shake na maka-pawala ug sensation sa gutom? Or pwede i-substitute sa usa ka meal like dinner ba run? Giingnan man gud ko sa ako kaila na mag-protein shake daw ko para mas mudali ko ug daot. Duha2 ko ug tuo niya kay sa pag-basa2 nako ug mga articles ug forums wala man jud musulti na pwede mu-substitute ug meal.

    FYI to all mag-excercise ko. I ride a bike to work everyday, 6km more or less ang distance from home to work. Dili jud ko serious ug paniwang kay contented raman ko sa ako body. Na-interested lang ko kay nalingaw na ko ug biking unya mas gusto ko na fit ako body kay I'm thinking of going serious with this hobby.

    Sakto mana imu TS pero dli pd kay muinom kag protein shake mas dali ka mugamay thou it really helps kay protein helps muscles grow, meaning their is fat loss . Protein shake is a supplement it adds more protein + the protein that we get from the food eat. It really helps after hardnose exercise.

    Unsa imo ma-suggest na protein shake sir? Naa ba slimming protein shake? Or tanan ba protein shake mu-padako ug muscles

    just a thought been in gym a quite some time and I just notice nga ang mga tao sa gym kay mo inom jud ug protein shake/milk. I just wonder if necessary ba jud na nga mo drink ana para mo dako ang lawas? or naa'y laing way para mo help nga modako ang lawas aside from going to gym, nga di mo inom ana?

    I suggest sir nga if you like Protein shakes take the ON Whey protein gold standards, Promatrix whey is cheaper but is has a bit more fat content on it. ON whey gold standards build muscle fibers meaning fear of bulking is less.

    Drinking protein shake does not mean pra mudako ang lawas. It supplies the protein needed helping the muscles recover the wear after exercise. Even not drinking protein shake will make your muscles grow, its only a matter of choice kung muinom ka or dli but drinking protein shakes helps most especially after training. Exercise will make you build muscles but better if matched with lifting weights. just my 2 cents..

    Sir if mao na ang effect so dili jud diay maayo nako ang protein shake kay ang ako man goal is to slim down?

    Not necessarily sir but dpends pd na sa the way ka mu train. Like yours biking is your choice its a cardio exercise, it will not take away your plans of slimming down. It will only help your muscle relax.
