Great post. And may I add also: to eat your last meal of the day before 8 p.m. I got this health tip from Fit For Life book. This means, no snacking or munchies in the middle of the night. It works for me. I'm around 5'8" and weigh between 105 to 107 pounds only.
@Veronica: true...that's why there are increasing studies that show how unhealthy it can be to have a BPO (callcenter) lifestyle...You might find these tips helpful.
