Great post. And may I add also: to eat your last meal of the day before 8 p.m. I got this health tip from Fit For Life book. This means, no snacking or munchies in the middle of the night. It works for me. I'm around 5'8" and weigh between 105 to 107 pounds only.

Pwede ang WHOLE WHEATS, higher in fiber and not extremely high carb content. Processed flours kai generally lower in fiber content and as a result makes for a less filling (less busog) food.
I suggest lightly toasted whole wheat bread (ayaw kaligo-a og butter or asukar palihug) + Proteins (preferably fish or chicken, pwede pud ang egg) + fruits.
Or if gusto ka mag-experimento try oats or oatmeal, dali luto-on + can mix with a lot of different things.
Ako usual i-breakfast kai 1 cup oatmeal nya sagulan nakog itlog or tuna + Prutas kung naa.
