yep, ALA has a good "Fitness Boxing" program.
which you can get from other gyms at a lower price, but the place is better so its like your paying for the "awesomeness" of the gym \m/

Nakasuway na ko sa ALA. Nindot ra baya. Pero timinga lang na dili peak hours kay para makatarong ka ug work out. Sa peak hours grabe kahuot.

Nope it's 50 pesos per use.
Much better you buy your own gloves bai.

I signed up last April and I have no qualms about the gym.
The place is conducive for training, the trainers are so
helpful and accommodating that you would be motivated to
really train.
