Usahay ang fault ana kay ang software. Naka suway ko ana bali lang grabe ka taas ug temp around 100C heheh..
Pero when I tried to update or use the latest software from the manufacturer everything went alright.
I would suspect that the issue is in between the hardware or the sensor but if its functioning normal, you don't have to worry. Leave as is, let it work and burn test it and let see if it will break. I also had a very bad experience using AMD procies, all of a sudden one of my procie acting abnormally, it shutsdown randomly, high temp, restart etc...I never thought at first the cpu but after replaced it with new mobo, hdd, ram and everything inside the cpu, the problem still there so I concluded the processor is the problem.
Btw, use AIDA64 to monitor your sensors as its very reliable. Update your bios if ever will act abnormal.

bai check the version of coretemp, some older versions do not read the temps correctly. The more updated the better
