I guess you are only taking into considerations the ins and outs of agents or the opening and pullouts some accounts but if you are to look into the real world of biz, you'd say this is such a good avenue to grow both finacially and intellectually.

BPO will still grow like engineering and sciences. BPO are often the backbone of FORTUNE 500 companies in the US. Don't dare to underestimate a call center industry
You couldn't have said it any better. Good job, sis.

Lisod ning uban ba nga wa nagdugay, or wa pa nakasuway (ur naay uban nga dugay na pero...) sa BPO industry, they have such low opinion of the industry that helped boost the Philippine economy and gave jobs to MILLIONS of Pinoys, graduate or undergraduate. The BPO industry is part of the corporate world, and it IS a business.

Some ppl when they think of BPOs, call center raman gud mu sud sa ila utok.. but wa sila ka realize how companies all over the world are always outsourcing things. High end shoes like Nike and the likes are being outsourced, if I'm not mistaken they are made in Korea... Apple products such as the iPhones are outsourced and are made in China.. these are just to name a few... business outsourcing is an integral part of a lot of the world's biggest companies and it will continue to be that way.
