like asa mni nga work? local or abroad? if so, unsa mn ka kadugay sa previous company?

example lang sa ako experience, sa local employment nako before, 1st company nako was 4 years ko didto, 2nd & 3rd company 2 years each & my last employer before ko naka abroad was 3 years.

then here abroad, first employer 2 years & mag 6 months pako padung pohon sa ako new employer ron..

if kadyot ra ka sa previous company like say less then 3 months, ayaw nalang na ibutang para safe..

depende sa imu applayan.. kung related sya sa imu applayan karun then need jud na e apil nimu, kung dili, ayaw nalang.. and during interview e explain nalang sa nag interview why nag resign ka, compose ug maayong reason para ma justify nimu imu action..

and if para imu jud ang trabaho, for sure ma imuha jud na bisag unsa pa ang circumstances..

sa ako case...i have already resigned in my 2 previous companies, and i did put my seniors, managers as references. you just have to explain the reasons why you are leaving. if the company needs you, they won't bother as long as you have the skills and competence that they need. but there is also a big chance that they would do a background check so if you plan to resign, better to have it in good terms. kanang maka-vouch sad ang imo previous company as to your integrity, responsibility, work ethics, etc.

Kung dili nimo ibutang imo previous experience kay gamay ra imo sweldo. Kailangan jud ibutang para naa ka experience. Kung bad record ka sa previous company, pwede ra siguro i-skip basta dili lang kanang obvious gap nga tig 5 yrs... Kung naay gap mangutana ang HR what have you been doing for the past 5 years.

company 1 = work for about 3yrs
company 2 = work for 1mo. [immediate resignation] no issues, memos
company 3 = just started

sa iya resume wala niya gibutang c company 2 kay unsa ra guy naa sa 1mo nga work. start siya work monday pagka friday gipatawag siya ug did2 gi inform siya nga naa na ang result sa background checking ug na discover nila nga nag work diay siya ni company 2 pero wala niya gi declare sa iya resume ug sa mga pre employment application papers nga iya gi fill up pan. ang offense? terminable... falsification of docs / information daw.. so pag monday the following week wala na siya mo report balik.

ang point, 1mo lang nga work nga wala gi indicate ni matter, unsa na kaha kung years.

ibutang lang imong previous company nga gi resignan, dli mana bad record unless ni AWOL ka or gi terminate ka. It actually is a plus if they see nga naa naka experience working sa lain companies. Just make sure lang sad nga you do not bad mouth your previous comapny. Instead, just tell them you resigned because you are looking for better opportunities or for career growth or more stability (especially if ang imo gi applyan na company mas dako and stable kaysa sa imo previous company.
