Ang akong mga pangutana:
Ma-refund ba to sa Octagon ang akong 3-month old nga laptop? Dili bisan unsa nga shop only choice is to replace with same value.

Ako laptop asus purchased 2011 from octagon bukidnon, upgrade ram on market!market! octagon, no problem they are acomodating... sa octagon pud ko purchase ug hp d730 printer aftr 3yrs it died (spider IC sunog), hp product sucks nowadays (disposable)..
TS, ask na lang sa service center if makarefund ka or unsay pamaagi, naa btw ang tel# sa octagon sa recibo.. D man na bsta2x magrefund ang octa if wlay report sa service center ug sa acer distributor kung unsa ila kasabotan pud..
suwaiya kno e windows 7. e install tanan iya drivers...
that could be a grounding problem, which is on hardware side. does this laptop have an always-on usb feature? look up its specs, if yes then disable that in the bios, then see if there's any change.![]()
Possible pud bro dronelebeau. Actually I, looked at its bios and I didn't notice any settings/options for the USB. I called Acer and they are still waiting for the touchpad to arrive from Manila. They'll replace it soon hopefully. If the problem still persists, I think I would return it to Octagon.
