HELP! My brother has special needs. I want to know to what school I can send him to.

My brother's 12 years old and he hasn't continued his studies yet due to unfortunate events that happened to our family. He actually stopped during his 2nd grade. Now we want to send him back to school but can't do with a regular leveling campus. He's a normal boy but in a very abnormal situation.

We need schools that can put a boy his age in a room where his classmates aren't too far from his age. The school I've considered recently is Abba. Suggestions are very much welcome. It would be best if the school was within the area of USC Main Campus or within the city (Cebu or Mactan) at least. Please give us the name of the school with the address & contact number, if you can.

why not try CIT-U, they are good at teaching, most teachers on reputable school today is came from CIT-U.
