I think we should include ang pag enforce sa road safety rules og kailangan higpitan ang pagkuha og licensya karon. And kato magrenew needs to take practical driving test for road safety. Mao na kuwang sa pinas ang pag enforce sa driving safety and road rules. Ang uban di pud educated basta lng mka padagan sa sakyanan meaning he/she can drive already w/o any concerns for dangers at the road. I believe we could do this if we cooperate also and stop complaining. Road safety means health safety for ourselves, family and others.

Too much or too light, the point is, follow traffic rules and be a good driver. That simple.

The driver should be responsible with the condition of the vehicle
and the way he manages it, if negligence results to death or physical impairment
then it should be attributed to him and life is so precious and it's quite so unimaginable
