Pero ang wala nila masabti nga wala man ta sa korte, naa man ta sa forum, we do not present facts in the internet, we only give our opinions based on data coming from media or personal experience.

Well you don't know me at all then, OMAR. Many of my posts have been highly critical of Arroyo. I even think she is guilty. But like I said, thinking she is guilty is different from calling her guilty or proclaiming the evidence against her is strong, even if you haven't personally seen the evidence yourself. And of course, we're going to adapt court lingo and standard of evidence, because this thread in this forum is discussing a CASE THAT IS IN COURT. Does the title say "Aquino wants Arroyo subject to public stoning and death by mob violence?" No fool, it says "Aquino wants Arroyo JAILED" and to jail someone for good you require a COURT decision which requires a high standard of evidence than just "oh I think she's guilty, because ABS-CBN told me so or his highness Noynoy said so"

Look I'm not gonna waste any more time on this. This thread has clearly been infested with *****s of the highest order.

OT: Sori Mods for OT.. Pero kung tan-aw nimo Mods sobra rako then I'm willing to accept the infraction...

yes, and the counter-argument is that it is taking far too long too conjure, err I mean gather the alleged evidences. It seriously shouldn't take that long to put a case this high-profile into the courts. But It's been 3 years. Here's the only facts that matter...

The administration is very anti-defendant (GMA), throwing everything it can to slander the defendant outside the court. Railroading the case shouldn't be a problem, granted there is substantial evidence. It shouldn't take this long, this case should have been in the courts at least over a year ago if it is true that the prosecutors have "gross" amounts of "strong" evidences at their disposal, as it was proclaimed. Seriously, make this sh*t happen--I want to know if GMA is truly guilty or truly innocent of these allegations thrown upon her. At this point in time, anyone who says, with complete certainty, that she is either or, is worthy of being called a dunce.

I suppose that there are individuals who like to render their verdicts before the trial has even materialized--in other words nag tagna2x. Don't put yourselves in a situation where you will have to eat your own words.

The people can make their own interpretation of what was revealed,
but the final decision goes to the court.
It's quite difficult to penalize personalities with such influence,
they have the means to defend themselves.

Ato klarohon be, you think GMA is guilty and deserves time in jail, but does not wanna call her guilty unless proven in court, right? I dunno man, i think you are being technical about it. You must have some reason behind in thinking she is guilty (dont worry, evidence not necessary). Calling her guilty in the forums is not all the same as guilty in court, its just public opinion, so please don't go haywire about it.

    The title says:
"Aquino wants Arroyo JAILED" which is also similar to "omar50071 wants Arroyo JAILED" or "Apollo24 wants Arroyo JAILED". How do you think we are gonna do that? Yes you are right, by gathering substantial evidence, in which among the three of us, only Aquino has the capacity, in terms of resources. What I am saying is, we rally behind him for this particular cause.

and no wonder the Philippines is a messed up place.

Folks like you think it's perfectly fine to propagate speculations/allegations prima facie and before the fact. In this case, let's abolish the entire Philippine Judiciary system since apparently we can deem someone guilty even before it is scrutinized in court.

And here I was thinking that the Philippine civil laws guaranteed a presumption of innocence. Guess not.
