laptop unable to load windows

guyz, mag ask lang ko what problem ani ako laptop... dugay ayo siya mo load sa windows mokalit ra og dark ang screen pero pag i safe mode nimo siya kay pas pas ra...

XP or 7? check event logs first para makibaw ta unsay naka cause sa issue. usually naa na sa system or applications naka log.

disable mo antivirus mo ts, usually ang antivirus ang dahilan nanu hinay kau ang startup sa pc.
kung maka sulod paka sa safe mode, ipang disable ang application sa startup na dli needed kau.

win7
- click Start button ug type "msconfig". Open ng msconfig.exe
- adto sa Startup tab, dayun pang disable ng mga unnecessary apps dira. ang antivirus nimu i.disable

win xp
- open Run ug type "msconfig".
- adto sa Startup tab, dayun pang disable ng mga unnecessary apps dira. ang antivirus nimu i.disable

if mu-open ang windows pero dugay lang, daghan lang na xa giparun nga programs. could also be a virus, since a virus is also a program. like what kabutix said, check startup programs in msconfig, look for a program out of the ordinary. some program you never remembered installing.

Naa nay anomaly ga dagan sa imung laptop T.S. :P kay ok rman sa safe mode, to be safe Whole System Scan sa safe mode, :P

while you are in safe mode installed malwarebytes and run. also installed avast antivirus, after you installed the avast antivirus select boot scan...it's effective antivirus scanner coz it will scan your computer before reaching windows mode..

liek they said TS maybe naa daghan problema sa startup applications niya kay paspas magkaha sa safemode... first thing try check startup applications, and scan basin naa virus.. hinay hinay lng until ma corner nimo ang issue..
