Gi investigate naman ni nga issue. Greview na ang financial status sa kapitolyo. as what ive heard from the news nga daghan ug accounts payable ang provincial govt. this means walay igong pondo ikabayad ang probinsya.

don't allow yourselves to fall prey to technical nitpicking with terms like bankruptcy, reclamation or restoration and such, this is the preferred tool of the corrupt these days.

what is clear is this: the Capitol was losing money. Why, how could it not be when the practice of entering into disadvantageous deals (on the part of the government, not to the pubic official's purse, mind you) is rampant?

how much do you think the capitol can earn from rental out of a leaking tenement, with horrendous monthly water and electrical bills, and which cost close to a billion to build?

how could the capitol be not losing money, when it bought a 24 hectare property for 98 million but 20 hectares of which is underwater? and then to rub salt to the already festering wound, spent another 27 million to "landfill" it? bright as they are, have they not figured out that "A WRONG COULD NOT BE CORRECTED WITH ANOTHER WRONG!"

focus on the issue: whether or not the capitol's funds was mis-managed, or the root issue: CORRUPT BA ANG MGA GARCIA OR DILI! mao ra na.
