i go for track jud.
The longer the time you spend in working out and the more consistent you are, the more you burn fat so for me, I like to be out on the track because I don't get bored right away.
track for me. treadmill is so boring

i go for jog.. since i jog every 4am...
mg jog gni ka sa kalsada.. opposite direction ka... keep left para mka kita ka sa imong sugat... para dka maligsan....
.. partly psychological ang effect if mg jogging ka ky outdoor activity...
lingaw rpd usahaya naay mkitan mg jogging.... naay mga chicks mg jogging... hehehe pa smyl2x hehehe
