Just want to share something..

I was walking during Labor day around fuente near Mc donalds. It was the time there was a rally at fuente circle. Then I heard this two street kids on the side of the road aged around 7-8. They were like "arguing" about Osmena and Rama (maybe relating to the rally). These thoughts came to my mine; would it matter who their bets are or would be? will it matter (for their future) who wins or not? In other words when one wins, does it mean i will no longer be seeing them in the streets after like 3 years?

I hope things will get better (who may it be) for the people who needs help the most..

Making Cebu a top contender as one of the dirtiest City in the Philippines for uncollected garbages, foul smelling sidewalks converted into urinals, pick up girls everywhere, lewd bars sprouting like mushrooms, petty crimes committed with impunity in broad daylights and on board PUJs, among others.
8. Flash floods during rainy seasons due to lack of drainages and regular clean up of esteros, while allowing a favored department store to construct a building eating up a portion of a river in colon street.
9. Intimidating, terrorizing, street vendors while at same time wining and dining with the rich chinese businessmen who are forced to fund his candidacies or they will end up with a padlocked establishment.
10. constructing of feather roads leading to his favored allies newly purchased real estate properties while at the same time manipulated and has an iron fist control on how SRP is to be sold, to whom and by whom, to ensure his share of the sales proceeds.

As the Incumbent congressman, pray tell us what law he has passed that would benefit the people of the second district, if any? He is believed to only co-authored some, a routine practice whenever a lawmaker needs his bill speedily included in the agenda, otherwise it will be tabled and forgotten. Not to mention his mis allocation of PDAF to cities and towns that is NOT his district. Pray tell us, ordinary and poor constituents in the 2nd District, so that we can intelligently and objectively vote rightly for him.
