    Default E-Performax Cebu Hiring Process


    Hello everyone! I applied to E-Performax online and was advised to come to their office in JY for final assessment. Does anyone of you knows the whole interview process or the type of exam they are going to conduct as I don't want to come there kung taman rako sa initial interview tungod sa kalisod hehe... sayang man gud sa oras ug pamasahe kay mao ra ni ako tuyuan ug anha cebu kay uli man sad ko dayon sa amoa inig human. Kay if dugay ila interview process wala nako chance mka.apply sa laing call center.

    FYI wala pko experience in working call center mao nag doubt ko ug modayon ba ko sa E-Performax. I graduated Commerce in Management and my recent work experience was in the hospitality industry pero never pa gyud ko nka work sa call center. I wish I could I would appreciate your recommendation kung naa hiring nga call center ug mas naa ko edge na madawat if its more better sa E-Performax. Thanks guys for your replies this would really help me in my decision making.

    In any call center, usually mu take jud na ug at least whole day ang hiring process so if ever plan jud ka mu apply, gahini jud ug oras. Wla ko kbalo sa eperformax exactly how the interview process is but usually first interview is with recruitment/hr and mostly questions will be about yourself, your work experience etc... to check how well you speak and assess your oral English skills. If mu pasar ka ana then usaully they give you exams na, English (to check your written English skills napud) and technical exams na usually. Once mu pass ka ana, some call centers will then let you take another exam to check your English comprehension by usually letting you listen to recordings on the phone and then answer questions about it. Lastly, if you pass all those, final interview na ka with recruitment and then maybe with the account manager/supervisor. Once pasar nka ana tanan, job offer will then follow. That's generally how it is in call centers. Hope this helps.

    Agreed. Go there EARLY [as in: 9-10AM] so you'll have a greater chance of being processed in one day.

    hi. the first part of the interview is assessment through the recruitment staff, the usual interview questions, whats ur name, blah blah blah.., they will ask you to read something, like jack and jill or twinkle twinkle little star. if ur diction and pronounciation is okay, then ul go to the next level which is the listening assessment and so on... it will only take half of your day if ul go to expresso cafe early. i can refer you if you want! just give me your number,
