Actually the 400M tomas pork barrel was not allocated in talisay city but on the 1.2B road widening project for minglanilla-naga-san fernando.. Still sayang kaayo kay pwede man unta to i add for fire trucks, dps and street lightning.

yes true daghan investors mapasulod si tomas (proven naman na) ug naay trabaho pod, pero dili sa tanan. big investors will only accept well educated, college grad indiviual, but what im pointing here is the out of school youth/stambays sa mga barangay nga gipang gamit sa rally2x, maka trabaho diay sila anang mga investors ni tomas? mao na akong point kaning mga tawhana.. unsay mahimo ni tomas ani nila. para gamit ra jud as election supporters... and that goes with rama supporters as well..

Bisag kinsa nga mayor naay capability nga magpadasig sa mga investors sa cebu....the investors itself have the interest here in cebu, not because of the mayor. Mag depende na sa supply and demand, daghan man ang supply nato which is manpower and other educated individuals, so mo daghan ang demand sab nga mo invest dinhi sa cebu.....

Bisag kinsa pa ang mo-mayor cebu will continue improving, dili na ingon tungod ni tomas or rama....but still poor remains poor and rich will be richer, why, it's the attitude and lifestyle they choose....
