    Kasulay ko ani and it's not good. Samot ko wala ka tulog. I ended up awake for more than 24 hours.

    ^^ murag zombie kung mao...ayaw tawn ana ts,kay bsin di pka mka feel sa epekto ana kron,mo abot ang pnahon mahibong nlang ka wa nkay ksug...nya knang gabie nga jogging or even mag exercise gi bawal mna,kay ma active imo lawas,instead matug/mkatug ka,di na nuon.
