WD my passport 1tb Problem

hi magpatabang unta ko ninyo ang ako WD my passport mo detect siya sa device manager pero dli makita ang external hardisk inig sulod nimo sa my computer icon, guba na kaha ni siya ? thanks !

e try ug view sa disk management. control panel>administrative tools>computer management.
then under storage naay disk management click it.
then ma view nimo sa right side if naa pay storage nga walay drive letter.

e.right click ranang unallocated bro, nya e.click ang new simple volume... nya follow the intructions nalang dayon bro... wala rana na format ug tarong... hope makatabang na bro....

ang kanang disk1 mao na sa imong external. nawala ang partition ana. by the way naa kay important files before na siya nawala ang partition? kay kung wala kay important files. pwede ra na nimo e create new partition then good as new na ang imong external if ma set nimo to format unallocated space. unless ug naa kay e recover gyud na nimo ang old partition using software recovery tools.

inig rightclick nako mao mn ni ang mogawas, dli ma click ang new simple volume

Right click the DISK 1 area kana sa left side, see if you can convert it to DYNAMIC DISK or GPT PARTITION.

Duda ko gi gamit ni og MAC then gi format as Journaled. Don't worry your disk is fine, need lang na ma initialize og tarong.
