Ok lang unta if tinuod jud na maadto ang kwarta sa pagrepair sa Tubbataha... Problem is maadto lang ni sa bulsa sa mga corrupt... Much better unta if assistance na lang ang iprovide sa US kaysa kwarta na kawaton lang...

She said a letter requesting compensation would be sent to the US embassy next week, stressing this is the amount required by a law passed to protect the reef, a UNESCO World Heritage site in a remote area of the Sulu Sea.

If this was what stressed in the law, then US should pay. Hopefully we will also do our part in protecting our world heritage site by putting floating markers.
