yes goodness can be achieved. But remember The Bible said Tanan tawo nakasala ug nawad an sa Himaya sa Dios. So unsaon man nimu pag reconcile na.

of course kinsa bang tawhana maka dig up sa remains kung ni resurrect na sya? hehhehe.
ang solid proof kay mismo ang Church! how about the martyrs nga firsthand witnesses sa iyang resurrection?

hope masabtan nimo ang true Christianity bro...dili in ana ka simple nga lingkod lang ta sa simbahan for one hour during sunday and live like the world the rest of the week.

Whether we believe Jesus Christ or not, dili nana problema niya bro coz he already gave his life for us to reconcile back to God. Naa nana sa taw kung unsa sya ka wise and prudent.....kana kung naghuna-huna sya that he will one day face his creator.

I'm just saying that if they are that significant figures of our history, then there has to be some kind of documents or some kind of records except anang bible that will give us some light of their direct relations with other significant people in their time.. but none of it exist, except of course the bible..

    OT:
yep i agree sio, however i'm not sure if that would be applicable to me as to
    why i am Catholic.

i was baptized in the Catholic Church but grew up with no catechism, no solid teaching about Chrsitianity,
heck i didn't even know the bible had 2 parts(OT and NT) till i reached college. i didn't understand what Holy Trinity was
grew up witnessing(first and second hand) Hypocrisy in church and the religious, developed an "unconscious" hatred in God while i was in my teens, religion and even the religious. PLUS! the discouragement of my parents to have anything
to do with the church, (ingun pa nila, basta mutoo ug GInoo, magtinarong sa kinabuhi..mag ampo ug "Our Father" ok na)
so i wouldn't say i'm Catholic or remained Catholic because i grew up with it..

if what drives my Catholic heart are the ideas that i was born and raised with.
i wouldn't be a Catholic today, i would have been an Atheist or Allergic to God and anything that comes with the subject.

ive looked at hundreds of historical books before but none really said something about Jesus and Simon Peter and the rest of the Apostles, needless to say the Old Testament stories, well except Christian books of course..
what's on debate really is not whether Jesus and the rest of the guys walked on earth as it was proven that they did (you can freely search for it)
what's on debate is Jesus' divinity and what His followers say about Him(resurrection, Son of God, salvation etc).

How about literatures depicting and describing on why St. PETER was crucified in an inverted manner ?

How about his fisherman ring ? The keys ? The authority ? The ministries ?

That unless you think the SACRED SCRIPTURE is just a mere TABLOID and the SACRED TRADITION as a HEARSAY then I would understand.

what literature?.. no evidence have been found if he really was persecuted in Rome, became a Pope in Rome or that he even went in Rome at all.. heck there isnt even enough evidence to stipulate with certainty that he even existed at all..

fisherman ring and the key of heaven? why what about it?...

    OT:
Do you have to reconcile if you already follow?

    ONT:
    Agree a thousand denominations,
most of them trying to discredit the Roman Catholic Church,
the Church established by Jesus Christ himself through Simon Peter.
Most of their comments is about power and money,
quite clear where their motives emanates.
