Kay while waiting for my turn sa acupuncture, kita ko sa needles na lahi naman ug color. Niask ko sa usa sa iyang assistants na reuse ba ang needles, and she said yes. Omg! Back out ang show. Lisod na. Foreigner biya to akong na sundan basin naa toy aids or hepa. Needles in acupuncture should be disposable ones.

Asa man tag legit na acupuncturist bai? Pls share..

Naay wellness center duol sa Zapatera Elementary School kanang kay Dr. Paredes sudlonon gamay duol sa Lotto Outlet. They offer a lot of therapy aside from acupuncture nasad sila Yoga, Pilates and the likes. They are into alternative medicine pero highly effective gyud.

any idea how much? i've heard good things about dr. paredes

Kita jud ko sa needles bai daghan na gibutang sa basin. Daghan and sterilized.. I dont think exclusively reusable kay daghan jud tong needles para sa usa lang ka patient. Sterilizing the needles is not that convincing that its safe.

These two acupunturist dont reuse needles..

Ive been to wellnessland zapatera to dr paredes, its only 400 each sessions with 10 needles.
The ambiance is relaxing but not quite..

that is way overpriced oi.. sa kadaghan nga accupuncture points.. maka bankrupt man pud na nga presyoha
