no its not useless. ma block na sya. unlike sa mga older phone nga ma change ra nimo ang IMEI sa phone thru flashing (like 3210 or 3310) karn di na.

you dont flash to change the imei of 3210/3310...

as for now, there is not solution to change imei on w700i so blocking it will be effective in making the unit useless...i guess pisa2xhon nato nila...or gamiton sa ibang bansa...blocklisting imei sa ntc doesnt apply abroad meaning blocked phones can be used abroad...(if openline siya hehehe

huh epa white list to.. kay it would take 2 to 3 weks cya ma block basig g procces to nya eventualy ma block luoy maka palit ato kay kuti pa white list
