Globe always make fun on me by capping my Connection everytime DL Torrent movies.. How, How can we change this?What our Government can do to this??

Cgro pasabot nya bro kay tungod ang mga hinampak na taga NTC mga itoy ra sa ISP... last time i saw news kay murag naghigpit man to NTC sa mga ISP's unya dali ra man kaayo na settle issue ato.. Angay jud unta regulate na ISP nato kay di bya lalim ang magbayad ka 1,000 for 1mbps unya inconsistent, capping og always disconnect..

actually bro way labot NTC ana...ang NTC mao ra na ang nag hatag sa license sa mga isp gna mo operate...ug business..pero ang naka ingon sa grabing clog out sa atong connection,,, ang mga hacker ug clone nga mga wiireless intrenet...sample na lng VPN nga nigamit sa legal businesses para mo acces sa ilang internet Originally Posted by Ronzkie23

Yes!mohatag sila licence but at the same mo regulate pud sila esp. kung dli na maayo ila serbisyo pra sa katawhan... tska unsa'y use ana nga agency kung dili sila kahimo sa ila trabaho ang pagregulate. for me this ISP making milky cash cow from consumers for exchange of crappy services. lagot jud ako ani nila kay biktima sad ko.. daghan kaayo sila bulala..
