I think the media has overblown the effectiveness of NK's missiles. They are crap. Even their short range missiles (Scud-variants and No-Dongs) are crap. If they start a war with no-holds barred with the South, they will be decimated, granted China won't step in to save them, again. (Which I doubt since China seems to be gradually trying to distance itself with them, and I think China's position in the world forum will be tarnished.)
