there are GOLD in the Philippines, its how you look for it that matters and face challenges that counts I don't want to take shortcuts, I'd rather go to other countries for vacation to keep me motivated to save a lot..

True, but money isn't the only motivating factor for people who want to migrate. There's also the inefficiency of our government (too much red tape to start a business, too much padangog needed to get things done here), quality of education that pales next to most other countries, quality of healthcare, employment benefits and generally a better quality of life.
