    kung drinks..try inom og yogurt or avocado shake, kung vegies & fruits kay..squash, beans, mushrooms, banana og apricots & etc...

    Simple lang man ang timail-han if rich in Potassium ang usa ka fruits or vegetables. If pagpanit nimo ne.dark iyaha color, it is rich in Potassium. Like melon (cantaloupe), saging, avocado, apple. and orange sad (though di modark) is rich in Potassium. Also resins. Ayaw pataka ug take ug supplements unless gereseta sa doctor because it can cause problems in your body, especially in your heart.
