So meaning GOD do use the cross
as his symbol of power and salvation.
A cross that is also Pagan in origin,
does this connote that God tolerates Pagan symbols
and even really used these symbols.
    Akoa sad bro ha....
We cannot read the mind of God and why he chose the cross. It happened lang siguro during that time nga ang pagan Roman Empire ang superpower and the cross ang pinakagrabe nga silot sa ilaha. But if youll get the point, it doesnt mean nga gigamit sa ginoo ang cross to promote the pagan symbol.

    @noy

bro regarding sa imong gishare that obelisks para sa mga christian martyrs, i dont agree with that but i respect your views. If it was for the christians bro, tingali nahimo sad nang acceptable ang obelisk in the whole christendom just like the cross. Even in the RC itself almost 90% siguro ang wala kabalo nga apil ba diay nang butanga sa ilang teaching.

But i am convinced that it has something occult in it, im sure napay deeper meaning ana. Parehas sa kang @jovi ba nga christ....ang ako jud wala pa masabti bro, ang christ nga gitudlo sa RC is it the Lord Jesus Christ himself? most of the time akong na observe like sa link nga imong gihatag, never mentions the name of Jesus.

    peace to both of you

makaingon sad ko bro, naa bayay relation jud ang superpower nga nagcontrol sa past ug karong panahuna. So subtle and complex lang jud na kung wala tay knowledge about the truth in the bible, dili ta kakita sa kalainan.

The question is, asa naman karon ang spiritual power nga nag control sa pagan Rome, Babylon, Egypt, etc sa unang panahon? just asking...

Kita ko ani pag-watch nako sa "Mysteries of Plain Sight" naa didto mga explanations..
But I think, yes, it is a pagan symbol.. that's the question there is, diba?

wala may teaching ang RCC that we should have an Obelisk in our homes as Christians...Lol
i was referring to the Obelisk in Rome..kay in the first place, mao nay gina attack sa anticatholics kay biggest Chrsitian denomination tapos naay pagan symbol..
where can you find in the Catholic doctrine bai that states we should Honor the Obelisk?
the Obelisk in Rome is honored not for sacramental, or religious purposes but in remembrance of what happened to the early Christian martyrs in the very sight of that symbol. mao ra na.

and if until now, you my friend still think that Catholics do not accept Jesus Christ as the their personal Lord and Savior
and that we worship Saints 'cause Jesus is not enough then i suggest you start attending Catholic masses again, observe everything that
happens within every bit and part of it...attend Catholic Charismatic seminars, check Catholic websites, read the Catechism of the Catholic church
and read a good news bible....then tell me if you can find anywhere in the RCC doctrine that Jesus is not God and that His Sacrifice was not enough.

if you think that the Christ we preach is different than the Christ Protestants talk about, think again bro...
i've always admired your zeal and love for the Lord, but you gotta do some serious and unbiased research.

Naa man gud sa bibliya Bro
nga ang cross sign of salvation na siya,
natong mga mitoo ni Jesus Christ,
as what GOD want us to symbolize it.
So there is always a connection between these Pagan
derived depict with GOD, so if we wish to symbolize it in his name
    maorag naay ineffability.

Wala jud nay power and literal cross bro. The one who can save us is not the cross, but the one hanged on the cross and have the power over death!

We have to remember lang tingali what was done by Jesus on that cross!

    Yes Bro,
    pareho sa usa ka butang,
pareho anang flag, literally piece of cloth
ra na siya, pero kung nag-portray na siya
ug identity sa usa ka nasud dako ug importante
    na kaayo and iyang pagka-cloth.

i got your point bro. Thanks.
If death by burning ang paagi sa kamatayon ni Jesus Christ, posible kayo sad ang symbol nga gihonor nato karon?

Unsa may explaination/relation sa obelisk towards the martyrs bro?

    Your welcome Bro,
If GOD do favor the use of a pagan symbol i.e The Holy Cross,
Then the obelisk as a pagan symbol will have the same treatment
    from GOD as well.
