ISPs are now implementing bandwidth shaping especially on P2P applications.
Try these steps and hopefully molihok na imo download.
1. Replace your DNS with Opendns or 208.67.222.220/208.67.222.220 or you may register your own DNS
2. Enable Forced encryption in your torrent client.
3. Set a static port and portforward your torrent application to your router/modem using PFConfig. Im using 8080-8089 because ISP cant simply block those ports (so i think)
4. Route your torrents to a Free Proxy server (Socks4/5 preferably). Not sure if naa in SG. Here in the Phils, im using HTTP proxy.
Try these: 180.210.203.213 port8089; 180.210.203.212 port8089; 111.223.88.131 port8080
