    It's probably because of the hiring process... They only do background checks once the applicant has passed all stages of the application. Ka sabot sad ko nila, sa ka daghan applicants ila atimanon everyday, then can't afford to do a background check on all of the applicants. Kato nlng jud mga pasar najud sa tanan stages.. Anyway, na hibong ko, sa initial interviews nila with HR and SOM, I think part of their questions would be to ask you about your work history... did they tell what about it nga wla nimo na pasaran sa ila background check? coz if it was something nga na mention na nimo during your initial inrterviews then ila ka pipa pasar sa interview then maka question jud ka why gi hagbong ka kalit dba? but if it's let's say for example, they saw na naa ka mga companies na wla nmo gi include sa imo resume coz ni awol ka ato or mga ingana nya when they asked pud you sa imo interview wla ka ni mention or ni angkon ato, then I guess you can't blame them coz ikaw man ni lie nila in the first place.. pero mao na, wla pud mi kbalo jud sa details sa imo story

    pasalamat na lang bay nga gi sultian ka. hapit tanan bpo ingnon ra ka nga "we will just call you" if dili ka maka pasar. If dili ka maka sabot anang ilang gi sulti nga "we will just call you" mag tagbaw intawon ka ug paabot.

    correct jud ka. They should not set up expectation for their applicants if they are not going to hire them anyways. Thats not good practice and they will just create a negative impact on their company. I really find it unprofessional.

    Naa pa man sad. Pero nagka walay lami ang account namo. Before ang amo AM Pinoy as in wala blema jud we were earning 15k to 18k each payday. Patung2x na tanan bonuses and incintives performing or non performing. Q3 last year bombay ang nipuli kay gi pirate ang mao AM sa lain CC.     you have the right to ASK why the employment issue wasn't raised at the start or even in the middle of the recruitment process...
