Good day.

I have a wi-fi router in my home, it wireless-G. I want to wireless-connect my PC so that there will be no dangling cables around my house. But what I bought is a wireless-N usb adapter kay wa ko kakita ug baligya nga wireless-G nga usb adpater. when installed sa ako pc, di man ka detect sa ako wi-fi signal. but ang wi-fi driver nya, makakita sa signal & in fact maka-identify man ngani nga naay wireless-G signal.

My question, ang wifi adapter dili diay versatile nga maka connect to either wireless-G or -N?

ang ako sabot is ang hardware/usb-wifi d makakita sa imo wifi network but ang software/driver nya makakita?

It will work both ways, downward compatible ang wireless N to G, but if it's from wireless G to N, it would still work however it would only be limited to the G signal..

Usahay maglibog ng mga router if a CPE (client device) supports a different wireless protocol and it cannot automatically assign an IP Add. You may try to manually configure your device with a static ip.

basin naka-disable ang SSID Broadcasting...dili gyud na makit-an,ang uban nga wifi gadget nimo makaconnect ra?e.g cellphone...

ah kani diay? windowsxp dba? i think usa ray magamit nmo na connection manager(or wireless manager) imo magamit, either the one that comes from the driver, or the on built-in to windows. either one will be able to connect to wifi network as long as na detect sya.
