College dropout man ko, pero wala jud ko ka feel nga nag lisod ko pangita ug trabaho. I guess naa ra na sa attitude or something... Never stop learning. Read Wikipedia. Read books. Read the Linux/Unix man pages. Read RFCs. Read the W3C specifications. Formal education != learning.

Formal education means finishing something what you have started. And that's something i'd consider if ill be employer in the future. So guys, learn and finish school.

The hard thing Ts is that you keep complaining its "lisod" but it's not, it is your mind set who dwell it considering that you should have to have so called efficient ability to fit this particular work for you to compete. Just think positive.
1 thing, believe that God is always by your side.

Good thing you're not my employer. Good employers are intimately familiar with the concept of "opportunity costs", "hustle", and "hard work". That's something to consider if you want to be an employer in the future.

actually, lisod na siya if during college days nimo, wala ka ga tinarong. so basically during interview or pag pang-apply nimo makita na daan if kabalo ba ka sa imong gina-applyan na work. so since I.T. ka and nahan ka mag apply dinha pud na field. siyempre pangutan-on ka unsa imo basic knowledge. so if wala ka nabutang sa imo resume/application letter na work or project na nahimo sa college ug wala ka maistorya nila unsa imo gihimo during your years of study, siyempre lisod ka dawaton. While if nag tarong ka sa pag study, nag himo ka project ug kabalo ka unsa na imo gi himo na project, daghan kaau na company ga hire ug fresh grad.
so meaning ana, depende ra na if you are technical knowledge and your attitude is enough to fill vacant positions sa isa ka company. amo company ga hire ug fresh grad. pero fresh grad na kabalo pud.
so for example, mag ask ang employer na unsa man level nimo sa isa ka programming language nya imo isulti is 10 kay maau kaau ka. so pangutan-on pud ka pang level 10 na questions. nya if di ka katubag so minus pogi points kay imo ingon na 10 meaning highest tapos imo matubag is pang level 1 lang.
so be confident in your abilities and be positive in your outlook. be truthful in what you know kay if fresh grad employers know what your capabilities are.
    just my 1 centavos....

i prefer to work intelligently... its easier...

possibly next month probably employer nako... and i will not hire that is not experienced... even if cum laude paka diha or unsa pang mga chuva ek2x nga award... usik2x lang nas kwarta... grad or not... it all goes down to the yard line... who ever can get to finish line maski elementary pana basta makuha lang ang task i will hire that person, and i will compensate it well... because it deserves it...
