Nope! Dili about sa compensation, tungod kay walay klaro ang ila recruitment process. Nadawat na ta ko ato, pasar ko sa exam and interview and ang ingon motxt ra sila ing ka ugma kay naa pa ko interview para daw kung kanusa ko magstart, na gikan daw sa gawas, foreigner daw mag interview. Unya ing ka ugma kay mitxt sila, pausbon kog apply. Ataka! Mao midecline ko. Maayo unta dili na same ila process karon. Hassle kaayo to ako pangapply.

I also had a sad experience with one of the new BPO players. After being told that I made it & to comeback for the job offer. I was calledback after the client interview. Sadly I was informed that I did not make it. If this companies wants to be respected or perhaps wants to gain positive feedback from applicants they should be handling applicants professionally to avoid being scrutinize by/from public opinion.
