making Singapore's infrastructures as an example is all but a dream. If you haven't noticed yet, why Singapore was able to build working and sound underground infrastructures such as underground MRT, underground SEWAGE system and Treatment plants is not because they have a better government, they have good officials it is because they are geographically located outside the pacific ring of fire.
Meaning they are not prone to earthquakes triggered by tectonic plates, so there is no underground movement. Which makes infrastructures in the example sound and secure. Again, it's not bad to dream but let's be realistic here. I'm not saying that fly overs will do good in our city, but it's better than dreaming the impossible.
