is there a solution to this? do we just park the surplus cars and let them rot?

if it came from LTO... i don't see anything illegal about that unless if what they are trying to tell us is that, not all lto employees are legally employed or some may have illegal transactions but are employees... my point is and i hope i am right.. kung magrehistro gud ka... dapat mo.appear na imong sakyanan sa usa ka database nila to prevent duplication.... now if there are duplicates, ofcourse that could either be a fake meaning pinahimo sa gawas not from lto, or clerical error which is i think possible but seldom ra jud na and can easily be corrected... dapat dili lagi ang consumer mao ang but.han... sila ang nagcontrol ana sila ang unahon pag disiplina... kay mas barato pana na pama.agi kaysa kadtong namalit nga kasagaran dili mo minus ug 100k.... hahay... maau pa ang computer daghan na kaau innovations and updates.. pero ang utok sa ubang taw nagpabilin ghapong grade1 section kapayas... purya gaba.... hehehe
