We can talk and complain here till hell freezes over, but the sad truth is, it won't matter to them. That's not neccessary. Once they lose the elections they will run and hide. They have lawsuits up thier wazzoo's maybe Mandaue will get back some (if not all) of what the Ouanos stole.
