best qwerty/slider android phone

after years of loyal service, I am in the market to replace my xperia mini pro to a much bigger unit. not a lot of advertisements and product launches that showcases phones with keyboards. i do a lot of remote SSH and on-the-go code editing on my phone so a physical keyboard is a must. so what is currently out there with more than 4" of screen, runs android 4.0 and has a physical keyboard? i have my eyes set on the samsung galaxy stratosphere 2 but since it's verizon murag dili siguro na muwork dire sa ato but ang naa sa gsmarena naa may GSM version I hope maabot na dire...

Hacker's keyboard is onscreen and an external keyboard is a hassle.

Your pickings for physical keyboards are becoming slimmer and slimmer by the day. The most modern phone phones out there with a physical keyboard are only on Verizon which if you live in the Philippines, is probably not something you can use. Take a look at the LG Mach. Other than that I don't know which phone I would even consider.
